Michaela is a graduate of Animal Behavior College’s veterinary assisting program and has a strong foundation in animal care thanks to her experience working in animal shelters. Her journey into vet med started with her childhood dog, who taught her the healing power of compassion and the joy of being an advocate for animals.
She is a proud dog mom to three doodles—Soldier (8 years old), and the energetic duo Chief and Sailor (both 3 years old).
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys photography, art, live music, and staying active with her pups out in nature.
