Veterinary Assistant
Growing up in Georgetown, IN, Jack Drake spent a lot of his childhood in and out of the hospital. Now that he’s recovered, he draws inspiration from the care he received and enjoys providing that same level of attention to his own furry “patients” here at Unleashed Veterinary Care.
Jack began his journey in the veterinary field while attending Purdue for his Bachelors in Animal Sciences. Upon graduating, he officially joined our team full time and hasn’t looked back since. Professionally, Jack enjoys the variety and volume of animals he gets to interact with. He loves playing a role in helping sick animals bounce back to live happy, healthy lives.
At home, Jack has a dog of his own – a cantankerous but lovable miniature pinscher named Zacky, who enjoys walks, sunshine, seeing friends and family, and of course, food. In his spare time, Jack likes hanging out with Zacky, taking long drives on country backroads, going to the movies with friends and rock climbing.
