Dear Animal Hospital of Lanesville Family,
I have some very exciting news. For some time I have been actively searching for just the right doctor to join Animal Hospital of Lanesville. My standards were high. I had to find someone who shared my deep love and appreciation for our pets, as well as someone who has the medical skills to propel Animal Hospital of Lanesville forward in the ever evolving field of veterinary medicine and surgery.
Now I have the great pleasure of announcing that I found such a veterinarian at last. She is Dr. Tierra Price and she will be taking over the reins at Animal Hospital of Lanesville. You can find out more about Dr. Tierra Price’s background and experience on our website, as well as read her personal introduction below.
As so many of you know, Animal Hospital of Lanesville has been my life’s work and commitment. The ongoing success of its mission to provide the highest level of care and caring for clients and pets alike remains my foremost concern. With Dr. Price I am confident that the mission will continue. I know you will join me in welcoming her warmly.
Rene Wingerter, DVM
Hello,
I’m Dr. Tierra Price, and I’d like to share a little about myself and my work as a veterinarian. I was born and raised in Louisville, KY, and received my DVM degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, VA. Since graduation, I have worked in Community Medicine in Los Angeles, CA, and as an emergency veterinarian in Brooklyn, NY. I am incredibly excited to join the Unleashed team!
The Animal Hospital of Lanesville has provided exceptional veterinary care and service to the Lanesville community for 20 years. Dr. Wingerter’s combination of expertise, compassion, and experience is truly one-of-a-kind, and I am honored to grow that legacy. I know I have some big shoes to fill and high expectations to meet from all of you, and I’m thrilled to begin this new chapter.
As Dr. Wingerter and I prepared for this transition, it was immediately apparent that our passion for companion animal medicine was profoundly similar. We both believe strongly in the human-animal bond and the unique ways pets can touch our lives. We are both committed to providing the absolute best veterinary care to help our patients lead long and healthy lives. We both feel that our services should continue to earn and build your trust every time you visit our hospital. With these fundamental shared values, we know the transition will be a smooth one.
Most importantly, I want you all to know I will be devoted to ensuring that we will continue to serve you and your beloved pets with the same concern and quality of care you have come to expect. I know you will join me in wishing Dr. Wingerter a happy and well-deserved retirement from practice ownership. I look forward to meeting you and your companions on your next visit, and to providing exceptional care for the life of your furry family members.
Warmly,
Dr. Tierra Price
